Staff were super accommodating! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even cleaned our mud-soaked wellies from attending Hurricane Festival. Top notch! Super clean too and homey as well. Will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Rotenburg!
It was not clear that they charged extra for the buffet breakfast (which was superb btw). But we paid for all 3 days even though we only ate once - only found out at check-out. A heads-up would've been nice. Also, we paid an extra 40 euros a night for an extra person in our room but didn't get a bed since their portable beds supposedly won't fit in the room - and they were overbooked so can't move us to another room. But service is still outstanding.

I loved the breakfast with a wide array of fab food. Location: the hotel was short walk to many shops, the town's pedestrian area which has many shops, cafes and restaurants, and the restaurant another try.

A wonderfull hotel og excellent food at the hotel resturant.
We were a bit unlucky as the hotell had a wedding in the garden the night we stayed. There was very load music untill 03.00 in the night and to hot to close the windows. Might be worth asking for a room not overlooking the garden in the weddings season....

I had a really comfortable stay during my business trip. the comfort double room was excellent, featuring a spacious bathroom. the central heating, work desk, and TV set added a nice touch to my experience. the hotel's location is convenient, being close to a restaurant and the town's pedestrian area filled with many shops, cafes, and restaurants.

the Staff and the entertainment very freindly, helpful and seemed to enjoy themselves. They were not in our face however were always available when ever they were needed. The Spa facilites were amazing with the steam room being my fave. The room and food were amazing. The local area was not amazing but that was not important as everything we needed was in the hotel, i just wish i had not bothered leaving it
The local town is not up to much but this is not a relection on the hotel

The friendly staff and quiet ambiance is a pleasure to experience.
Only one short remark which did not influence the experience of our stay. The bathroom has a lack of hooks to put some clothes on. There is a small hook near the bath but because located at 1 meter high it is not suitable for longer clothes. As said, we did not experience it as negative point, its only a suggestion.

This hotel is a hidden gem, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the spa area is inviting, with a sauna and pool. the staff are exceptional, accommodating all requests. Rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is vast. the extensive wine list and exquisite meals in the first-class restaurant make dining an experience to remember.
The common rooms lack a lounge or library, which would have been a nice addition.

The spa was great, with a nice pool and sauna that we enjoyed. , the breakfast was nice, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel was located in a beautiful area near the countryside, which was very relaxing.
On the other hand, the service was not satisfactory. The staff was not very friendly and we felt quite unwelcome.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the luxurious amenities, such as the Spa, the indoor swimming pool, and the massage services, surpassed my desires. the service was exceptional, the staff was always friendly, attentive, and aware. the room advantages, with exclusive facilities, were divine.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the hotel was a bit too warm at times, which made us feel sleepy. Nonetheless, this is a minor issue that does not take away from the exclusive experience we had.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially towards families with young children. The breakfast was excellent and tailored to my dietary needs. the hotel had a great location close to transportation and parking facilities.
Not one thing.
